The possibility of detection and diagnostics of nano-object parameters by means
of the X-ray radiation generated at interaction of relativistic electrons with the researched object is discussed. It is shown that observation of coherent allows to research micro-structural features of electrons and nuclei distribution in nano-object. The basic conclusions are illustrated on the example of the coherent radiation by relativistic electrons on a fullerene.
