An event generator for the reaction of the two pion electroproduction on the proton has been developped. Events are generated according to the model cross section. This phenomenological model was previously developped and succefully applied to decribe the experimenrtal data on the two pion electroproduction on the proton in the non perturbative region at the nucleon resonances excitation energies with Q^2 < few GeV^2. The event generator is to be applied for the simulation needed to perform further two pion analysis with high quality data coming from HALL В of JLAB.
